As a utility worker at Charm City Catering, Terrance is not letting his past determine his future. After applying to more than 15 jobs and being told they would call him back, Terrance knew he would not get a call back because of his criminal record. However, Charm City Catering gave Terrance that second chance he needed and he takes great pride in the work that he does. It makes Terrance feel good to pay taxes and to see what it is really like to be a working citizen. Now married with his own place, Terrance can say that he is a responsible man who can provide for his family.
