“I think that if someone is just getting out of jail, one of the most important things is finding employment. To me, it’s the key to success in what they do with their life.”
As a manager of a major lumber distributing company, Todd understands the importance of having hardworking and loyal employees. To Todd, nothing is more valuable than good people, criminal background or not. What’s most important to him is finding people with a good attitude that are true team players. In fact, some of Todd’s best employees have criminal backgrounds. Instead of turning them away, Todd takes the time to hear their story and really help them decide if they are prepared to make a step forward. Todd has witnessed the success of many employees with criminal backgrounds first-hand, some of whom have been promoted from entry-level jobs all the way to management positions.
